She is a trained hair stylist and a natural hair care expert, known for her passion for helping clients understand their hair and achieve sustainable hair growth through proper care practices.
With hands-on experience in hair consultation, treatment, styling, and maintenance, Precious has built a reputation for delivering personalized solutions tailored to different hair types and needs. Her approach goes beyond styling—she focuses on educating her clients about healthy hair habits, product knowledge, and long-term hair care routines.
As a professional hair care trainer, she has worked with individuals and businesses, equipping them with practical skills and in-depth knowledge in natural hair care. She is deeply committed to raising a new generation of informed hair professionals and enthusiasts through training sessions, workshops, and mentorship.

Beyond the laboratory, she is an entrepreneur and the Founder/Owner of Top Notch Empire, a ready-made male clothing brand recognized for its focus on quality, style, and customer satisfaction. Through this venture, she has demonstrated her ability to build and manage a brand, understand market demands, and deliver products that resonate with her target audience.
Ticha also serves as the Financial Secretary of the Ayossa Network, where she contributes to effective financial management, accountability, and strategic support for community-driven initiatives. Her role reflects her reliability, organizational skills, and dedication to service.

He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Structural Engineering from the National Higher Polytechnic Institute (NAHPI) of the University of Bamenda, Cameroon, where he developed advanced expertise in structural analysis, materials engineering, and sustainable construction practices.
He is a recognized member of the National Order of Civil Engineers (NOCE) Cameroon, a testament to his commitment to professional standards, ethics, and continuous development within the engineering field. She currently serves as the School Prefect of her secondary school, where she plays a key role in promoting discipline, unity, and student engagement. In addition, she founded the first-ever debate club on campus—an initiative that has created a platform for students to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and confidence. Her contributions also extend to strengthening the school’s journalism activities, where she has supported efforts to enhance communication, creativity, and student expression.
